Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information One More Benefit, LLC (“One More Benefit,” “we,” “us”) collects through onemorebenefit.com and our member portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to coach you, email you, and run your membership, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• One More Rep sign-ups. Your first name, last name and email address when you join our free email list.
• Enterprise pricing inquiries. The details you enter on our contact form: your name, business name, number of employees, role, email, phone, website, industry, location and message.
• Member accounts. Your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, plus your membership level, the videos you watch and how far you get, so the portal can pick up where you left off.
• Payments. Paid memberships are billed by Stripe (and, for some long-time members, Keap). They handle your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, the plan you chose and whether payments go through.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our host records basic request details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To send the emails you signed up for, including One More Rep emails, welcome emails and membership notices.
• To answer your questions and inquiries.
• To create and run your member account, give you access to the right programs and recordings, and process payments.
• To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising on other websites.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie: when you sign in to the member portal, it keeps you signed in. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Recordings in the member portal play through Vimeo, which may set its own cookies when a video loads.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run One More Benefit, and only what each one needs:

• Vercel hosts the website and member portal.
• Neon stores our member and sign-up database.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Keap manages our email list and some existing memberships.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Vimeo hosts our training videos, and Zoom runs our live sessions.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email.
• Update your account details in the member portal.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing chance@onemorebenefit.com. We may need to keep some records, such as payment history, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information while you’re on our list or a member, and for a reasonable time afterward for our records. The site runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, passwords are stored only in hashed form, and access to member data is limited to the people who run One More Benefit.

Children

Our programs are for adults. Household memberships can include family members age 13 and older under the account holder’s supervision. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll let members know by email.
